The 88th Flight was a Vulture Droid squadron that was smarter than other Vultures that was used in the Clone Wars era. They wore state-grey, blue, and light grey colors so they can identify themselves from the regular Vultures.
History[]
Skytop Station[]
The 88th Flight was first seen on Skytop Station with Grievous. When R3-S6 trapped Anakin and Rex, he activated 3 members of the 88th Flight. Anakin and the Clone Troopers were no match for the 88th Flight until Padawan Ahsoka arrived and then they defeated the Vultures and the B2 super battle droids.
